Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• With all original swing tags attached.

• With the hygiene liner fully intact and not removed or altered.

• In the original packaging where possible.

• Free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, stains, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.

We recommend trying on all swimwear over underwear, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions or, where permitted by law, make an appropriate deduction from your refund if the value of the item has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
