Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

UK Delivery

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

International Delivery

We ship to selected international destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional charges imposed by their local customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll work with the courier to investigate.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider. However, we'll do everything we reasonably can to help resolve any issues.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and item(s). We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.
